Report abuse in Friends: use Report on the package or profile in the app, or email us with the friend code. We review reports within 24 hours.
Requirements
iPhone or iPad with iOS / iPadOS 26 or later. Summary and tag suggestions need a device that supports Apple Intelligence; everything else works without it.
Themes and purchases
How do I restore a theme I bought?
Settings › Appearance › Themes › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. Themes are Family Sharing–enabled.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a theme is refunded, Dash switches back to the default theme and icon.
Does the All Themes pack include future themes?
Yes. Themes added later unlock automatically for owners of All Themes.
Saving and organizing
Why does Instagram or X only save a link?
Dash saves the link plus any public title and image. For private posts or blocked previews, save a screenshot instead; the text inside becomes searchable.
What is Gemma search? It's large.
An optional on-device search model (about 865 MB, downloaded from Hugging Face when you turn it on). It runs on your device. You can delete it in Settings at any time; regular search keeps working.
What is Organize on Mac?
An optional feature for people who also use Dash for Mac with ChatGPT (Codex) or Claude Code connected. Dash asks for your permission before anything is sent. See the Privacy Policy.
iCloud sync
Turn it on in Settings › Your library. Your library goes to your own private iCloud Drive. Items marked Keep on device stay on that device. If sync stalls, check that iCloud Drive is on for Dash (iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud) and that there's iCloud storage left.
Friends
How do I add a friend?
Exchange friend codes, then check that the safety words match on both phones. Only people who have your code can send you packages.
Someone I don't know sent me something
Packages from people who aren't your friends wait in a separate section. You can ignore them, Block the sender, or Report them.
How do I leave Friends?
Friends › Delete my Friends profile. This removes your public profile (name, friend code, keys), your friend list, and the packages you sent.
Deleting your data
Delete items in the app (then empty Dash's trash), or delete the app. To delete synced data, go to iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage › Dash. For Friends, use Delete my Friends profile. Need help? Email us.

구매한 테마를 복원하려면?
설정 › 모양 › 테마 › 구매 복원. 구매할 때 쓴 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다. 테마는 가족 공유를 지원합니다.
환불은 어떻게 하나요?
결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. reportaproblem.apple.com에서 환불을 요청하세요. 환불되면 Dash는 기본 테마와 아이콘으로 돌아갑니다.
전체 테마 묶음에 나중에 나오는 테마도 포함되나요?
네. 전체 테마를 가진 분은 새 테마가 나오면 자동으로 열립니다.
저장과 정리
인스타그램이나 X는 왜 링크만 저장되나요?
링크와 공개된 제목·이미지를 저장합니다. 비공개 게시물이나 미리보기가 막힌 게시물은 스크린샷으로 저장하면 화면 속 글자까지 검색됩니다.
Gemma 검색은 무엇인가요? 용량이 큰데요.
선택해서 켜는 기기 내 검색 모델입니다(약 865MB, 켤 때 Hugging Face에서 내려받음). 기기 안에서 실행되며, 설정에서 언제든 지울 수 있고 기본 검색은 계속 됩니다.
Mac에서 정리는 무엇인가요?
Mac용 Dash에 ChatGPT(Codex)나 Claude Code를 연결해 쓰는 분을 위한 선택 기능입니다. 보내기 전에 Dash가 먼저 동의를 묻습니다. 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.
iCloud 동기화
설정 › 내 라이브러리에서 켭니다. 라이브러리는 내 개인 iCloud Drive에 저장됩니다. '기기에만 보관' 항목은 그 기기에만 남습니다. 동기화가 멈추면 Dash의 iCloud Drive가 켜져 있는지(iOS 설정 › [내 이름] › iCloud), iCloud 저장 공간이 남아 있는지 확인하세요.
친구
친구는 어떻게 추가하나요?
친구 코드를 주고받은 뒤 두 휴대폰의 안전 단어가 같은지 확인합니다. 내 코드를 가진 사람만 꾸러미를 보낼 수 있습니다.
모르는 사람이 무언가를 보냈어요
친구가 아닌 사람이 보낸 꾸러미는 따로 모입니다. 무시하거나, 보낸 사람을 차단하거나 신고할 수 있습니다.
친구 기능을 그만 쓰려면?
친구 › 내 친구 프로필 삭제. 공개 프로필(이름, 친구 코드, 키), 친구 목록, 내가 보낸 꾸러미가 지워집니다.
데이터 삭제
앱에서 항목을 지우고 Dash 휴지통을 비우거나, 앱을 삭제하세요. 동기화된 데이터는 iOS 설정 › [내 이름] › iCloud › 저장 공간 관리 › Dash에서 지웁니다. 친구 정보는 '내 친구 프로필 삭제'를 쓰세요. 도움이 필요하면 이메일을 보내 주세요.
